What We Offer
As a collective, we provide quality psychological services with offerings of additional holistic therapy. We utilise talk therapy, psychoeducation, polyvagal informed somatic therapy, strategic planning, relaxation therapy, self-care management and more to enhance your overall wellbeing.
We offer a number of sessions per week in person in a private room or outside in a more natural landscape. Studies show that exposure to sunshine and being in nature, along with interactions with animals, reduces stress hormones and provides a sense of comfort and connection.
Our unique location is relaxed and welcoming, helping people feel more grounded and attune to their needs..

ZenThai Shiatsu is provided on location at The Farm or as a mobile service in the comfort of your home.

Therapy is a process of engagement with a qualified psychologist to resolve challenging behaviours, beliefs, feelings, relationship issues, and/or somatic responses (sensations in the body).
Medicare rebate of $96.65 applies for treatment under a Mental Health Care Plan ($117.35 out of pocket expense)
Zenthai Shiatsu Body Work
ZenThai Shiatsu is a movement based therapy that draws upon three primary modalities - Traditional Chinese Medicine, Thai Massage and Osteopathic techniques. Each session is completely unique and offers a treatment that is tailored to your current needs - emotionally, physically and energetically.
